About Mei Li's Cuisine

Mei Li's Cuisine in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, is an Asian restaurant serving freshly made sushi and delicious Asian inspired dishes.

Mei Li's originally opened in 2009 by the current co-owner Andy's mother. She and her husband brought their delicious Asian cuisine to Eureka. For years they served the community. When they decided to retire in 2020, they sold the business to their son Andy and his partner Judy. At the time Andy owned another restaurant in town where he served sushi but had been looking to relocate his business to another building. In the end, he merged the two restaurants to create a new and improved Mei Li's Cuisine.

Andy brought in his love of bold flavors, sushi, and experimentation to revitalize this community staple restaurant. Co-owner Judy brought in her experience and eye for design to give Mei Li's a new look and fresh feel. Andy and Judy completely revamped the restaurant, menu, and atmosphere of Mei Li's to give it a fresh feel.

Both Eureka locals and visitors to the unique Ozarks town enjoy Mei Li's and Andy's Sushi creations.

Andy finds fulfillment and joy in people's reaction and surprise at the bold flavors of the food he creates.

Andy is the co-owner and sushi chef of Mei Li's Cuisine.

Andy worked and trained under Yamamoto Kosuke in downtown Minneanapolis to learn his trade. He has been creating delicious asian cuisine for over 20 years.

He moved to Eureka Springs in 2009 and fell in love with the unique culture of the small tourist town in the Ozarks.

His partner and co-owner Judy has helped to redesign and update Mei Li Cuisine after they took over the business from Andy's mother Mei Li.
